We chose Joshua’s Catering for our wedding and we were blown away! Not only was the food absolutely DELICIOUS, but the staff were so kind and professional! Jennifer helped us from the beginning and she was simply amazing. She was great during our tasting and even had little extras for our two small children. Our guests can’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed their food either! We have all heard stories of bad food at weddings, especially steaks, but Joshua’s chefs really know what they’re doing and the steaks just melted in your mouth! So if you’re looking for a great catering experience, look no further!

Joshua's catering was great to work with. The food was awesome. We went with cocktail style and had 3 different station options (taco, slider and pasta). Jenn was able to help us pick the perfect combinations for passed hors d'oeuvres as well. Our friends and family all enjoyed the variety! Pricing was reasonable.

Jenn, Brian, and the entire Joshua’s catering team truly knocked it out of the park for our May wedding at Ridgeland Mansion! From the food itself, the presentation, and the service - they were awesome and absolutely exceeded expectations. We had a pescatarian wedding (heavy on the vegetarian only options) and they were very accommodating and allowed us to make some modifications to give us exactly what we wanted. We were hearing from guests how delicious the food was, and everyone was raving about how kind and hospitable the staff was all night. The team’s day-of execution was flawless and everyone was such a pleasure to work with.

This review has has been a long time coming, and I am very sorry about that. Joshua‘s catering catered an event for us back in July for my mother’s 80th birthday party. They were wonderful. I would’ve written this sooner, but my mother didn’t get to attend her own party due to an injury she suffered two days prior to her own party. The catering company handled this incident with care and provided us with terrific service. The event took place at an independent care facility, and all the other residents still got to attend my mothers birthday party. They had a great time. I would recommend this catering company to anyone.

From the moment Jenn called us for our consultation I knew this was the place for our wedding catering. The team at Joshua's Catering is unbelievably kind, easy to work with, and so so friendly. We booked with Joshua's before we even did our tasting, as we were on a tight timeline, based on the amazing reviews and their warmth during our conversations. When we got to our tasting, we were completely blown away. It was truly some of the most delicious food I've had, and goes above and beyond what you would expect for a wedding meal. We talked about our tasting constantly between then and the wedding day and were so excited to have that meal again.On our wedding day, Joshua's again was the absolute best. Our guests were also blown away by not only the quality and deliciousness but by the level of service and friendliness of the staff. As the bride & groom, we were well taken care of, including a tray of cocktail hour apps while we were taking pictures!We wish we could get married again just to experience what a pleasure it was to work with Joshua's, but if we ever have other catering needs in the future, they'll be our one and only call :)Also, their clear and upfront pricing was so helpful for logistics and planning.
