Can you please please please start giving forks to your door dash orders? I order your food a lot and you have only given me a fork once. So I know you can do it, can you make it a regular thing? Many of us are travelers and don’t pack forks. This would really help. 5 stars otherwise

Ordered food for delivery. My salad was missing items, including an up charge for tofu that wasn’t refunded. The salad was great, but was missing sweet potatoes and tofu. Disappointed that there was no communication or refund for missing items.

My go to for lunch break. Salads are always consistent with fresh ingredients. The staff needs training on customer service , smiles are rare and interaction, even while slow, is underwhelming.

I Had ordered a chicken Caesar salad wrap to go. The wrap was terrible. They tried to cut it in half but it was not cut in half all the way so I had to pull it apart which only made the situation worse. The chicken, dry and salty and the tortilla wrap itself, was not folded properly. Additionally, There was no "Caeser" on the side or inside my chicken caeser salad wrap. Not worth the money.

The food is fine but some of the workers are really bad at their job! The lady making the wrap (around 12:30pm on July 31st) needs more training. Barely mixes in the ingredients and a lot of the ingredients were falling out of the wrap. You can’t even say anything, she always has an attitude. This is not the first time I’ve had bad experience here. Last time, I asked for extra dressing in my salad and the salad was literally drowned in the dressing.
