We got the layered tofu wot appetizer, shiro wot, and kik aletcha wot. The kik aletcha wot was a tad bland, but the other two things we ordered tasted amazing! The injera had a lovely texture and flavor, and the food was served really hot on a bed of injera, which I always really enjoy. Probably better than either Almaz Cafe or Zuzu’s Kitchen
I am very much on the hunt for good Ethiopian food in Philadelphia and this area in particular seemed like it would have it so I was very hopeful. Ultimately, the restaurant was just okay.

For one, we came in at a time when they were very not busy and the reception was not so welcoming--which can be fine. But then your entire experience in deciding upon food is through an app, which I wish weren't the case and wish there were more interaction with someone...
I went here while visiting Philly and just having that need for injera (whenever I feel like I'm getting sick I want kitfo). The food here is of high quality. I've been to a lot of Ethiopian restaurants throughout the US and UK. Quality of this food is up there with the best.
