This restaurant started off by taking Naan orders and when I called yesterday the guy who picked up was very disrespectful and had no manners to even how to speak, I called to order Naan and he said I have to get something with naan so when I ordered another dish he said it wasn’t being equal with the amount of naan I ordered which was so rude of them. Utter trash. Not recommending this restaurant at all. Their food is not selling and they want people to order more forcefully. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.

This place is beyond unprofessional and am officially never doing business with this restaurant again. In the past, they have been rude to my husband while picking up orders. Making him feel stupid as they repeatedly told him they didn’t know what RAITA was — whole time it was in the bag. Tossed it up as a one off, happened AGAIN. Just now tried to order, after months of giving them a break, hoping the tide would turn — order rejected for “items no longer available.” No specifics, that’s the exact message. No call from restaurant, just straight up decline. Meanwhile, all items are available on their website, DoorDash? Half the menu. Why offer ordering through your website if it’s not updated? Thank you, Kazi’s, I have no issue taking my business over to Huntington Pike.

First time ordering food from this establishment due to a close friend’s recommendation. Spoke and met with staff member Aisha, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The chicken biriyani was delicious and the serving size was more than expected, which was great. Thank you!! - Ben

Girl at the register has the nastiest attitude. She should be replaced with someone who knows how to take orders instead of fighting with customers. She also said customer is not always right which was not the case to begin with. I asked her to cust seeks kabobs in pieces and she could not understand a simple request. She went on talking in Urdu and telling the owner that the customer on the phone is not making sense. When I went to pick the order up she brought the issue up and started fighting. I have ordered food from Kazi multiple times and never had issue but this girl will bring the business down and the rating as well with her poor customer service skills. Definitely replace her.

Omg, you won't believe the incredible customer service I received at the restaurant! The food was absolutely fantastic; I enjoyed it a lot, especially the bit of spiciness. Next time, I think I'll order it with a milder flavor, but honestly, overall it was such a great dining experience, and I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!l
