First time here and everything was beautiful.
Decided to dine here with my wife to celebrate her birthday. I notified the restaurant of the occasion, and they made us feel welcomed from the time we walked in until my check came. Great intimate atmosphere and service! Our server Dominique was great, attentive to us during our dining experience, seating us by the window with the waterfront view, and even placing a candle on her cheesecake which was delicious! I can honestly say that I glad I made the choice to dine here and treat my queen to a great experience for her birthday.

We only got drinks here, ordered at the bar and sat outside. Great spot to grab a drink and people watch. My drink seemed like a bit of a light pour.

Why is it so hard to find an excellent hotel restaurant in the U.S? My boys and I had a long day. We drove down from the NYC, had great food in Philly, visited the Please Touch Museum and wanted to relax at the hotel. We decided to have dinner at Keating’s Rope & Anchor and were very disappointed. Is it really difficult to have an intimate, authentic, good quality meal? I don’t think so. It is sad when a Hilton knows that they have a captive audience and provides a mediocre experience.
The one highlight is how friendly the staff is. Christina was assigned our table and she was excellent.

Visited for breakfast on Sunday 05/10/26. Hostess Sade was absolute sunshine even though it was a very busy morning. She greeted us warmly, provided us with a convenient table for my elderly aunt and warmly bid us goodbye after. She's a keeper!

Loved the branzino and truffle fries. Staff were attentive and warm. The view of the river through floor-to-ceiling glass is lovely.

Food was good, the setting was quite nice but the service was below average…my girlfriend and I had our valentines dinner there (the prefixed menu) and it took an hour just to get our appetizers and salad when the tables beside us got their food 40 minutes before we did, the waitress took my salad when I wasn’t even finished with it and it took another hour just to get our entree when my girlfriend and I asked to switch waitresses and they still barely checked on us.
Manager was helpful at least but the service was really frustrating , very unorganized especially for what they know would be a busy night

Restaurantji Recommends
The service was poor. The server left us and other table sitting waiting to be served forever. We sat there hungry and thirsty for the greater part of the two hours we were there. People were demanding a new server. She kept bringing food out to the wrong table. The hostess was delightful and told the manager that our server didn't serve us and was doing a bad job but he didn't say anything to us until the end after we suffered for two hours. It was Valentine's Day. We couldn't just walk into a different restaurant. He offered to compensate us for the meal but my stance was that you let us sit there the whole time and be ignored by our server so why offer something now. The goal was not to get a free meal. The goal was to enjoy our Valentine's Day dinner and sadly it was ruined.
0/10 do not recommend!! Went for Valentine's Day horrible. Reservation was for 8 o'clock we didn't get seated until 840. We sat for about 15mins before I had to ask is someone going to service us. By the time the waitress came over everything we wanted was sold out. The waitress decided to bring us over chicken pot stickers that we didn't ask for because our original option was sold out. I would think the smart thing to do would be to give us options for another appetizer, not give us what you think we should have. The waitress SUCKED HORRIBLY. There was another waitress that we flagged down to assist us and she was wonderful heaven sent. She tried her best to rectify the situation but the damage was done. We took our very medium rare mediocre steak to go.
We were not able to fully experience the restaurant even though we had reservations. We confirmed on the day before and the day of but when we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed that day. We ate at the bar, the food was average, well cooked but under seasoned burger. The fries were the best part of the meal.
They were Working on limited menu that night (small lunch menu) so it was a little disappointing from a selection perspective. But it was good. Would love to try it again in the summer when the outside is open on the water (and hopefully the full dinner menu is available. )
Food was great Service was very very slow not sure why because the place was not busy My order was wrong.. but it was delicious even though it was the wrong dish We actually left before coffee because we waited too long and we had a show to catch
