Keating's Rope and Anchor Bar + Kitchen

Dreadful, sorry to say. The steak tasted old, the cheesesteak was pretty “dog food-ish.” The wine was good but we would have needed several more bottles to make that food palatable.

How did this get such great reviews? It is hotel food, not cuisine. The sauces are heavy and unhealthy. Twice we had to return our glasses because they were dirty. There was something like pepper floating around in my water and some nasty substance stuck to the inside of my son's lemonade glass. The food was plated sloppily. And food came to our table barely warm. HUGE PASS!!!

Dined here with my wife for a late lunch. We both had the same entrée the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo. It came with a side of fries. It was an excellent grilled cheese and tomato soup. Now I know it's not a very high bar, but they executed it very well and was a bargain in my opinion. The view from the patio was great overlooking the waterfront and the boats. While I don't remember our service name, he was very attentive and it was a very nice dining experience. If you want a nice atmosphere and a grilled cheese sandwich this is a place to go.

Great place to dine with friends or alone. A very nice and safe area in Philly. Enjoy the water front. Street parking is tough, but parking in the hotel is available

No hostess at the stand. The restaurant pretty emptied waited 20 minutes until I could find a hostess to seat me. This is my second time staying at the Hilton. I’m pretty shocked by the slow service.

Scott at the bar is outstanding. With no staff at the restaurant to greet and seat us, Scott stepped up immediately, welcomed us, took our bar order and eventually our dinner order. The view of the river and boats adds to the experience of delicious dining.

Loved it here. Food is good and reasonably priced. All the staff are helpful and friendly!
Looking forward to returning soon!

I came in today with my female friend and I ask the waitress Dominque who was in charge of seating us . She said the people in the back and I ask her where are they cause they were taking long . She responded and said I really don’t care. She was very rude and unprofessional. So I reported her to the manager Manuel Sevilla he told me he said something to her. But she never came to me or my friend and apologized for her behavior. I will be calling the hotel in the morning to follow up.

Really bad experience. We came because they posted a promo about chef barbecue on the terrace. No chef, no barbecue, crappy service, crappy food after a long wait. Talked to the manager and got a bunch of excuses. We have not been here in five years, it will be forever when we come back. Such a shame that they do not care...

Beautiful location at Penns landing. We went for a special advertised event. The chef was supposed to be barbequeing on the veranda with special dishes. We arrived and found no barbecue. The regular menu is uninspired. We ordered a flatbread and a Cobb salad with chicken. It took a long time and we almost cancelled the order. The food was meh. Drinks were lousy and the manager was full of excuses. Stay away.

The food and service are good. The view is lovely.

We really enjoyed sitting outside at Keaton's. Our server was wonderful. The food was good, but I wish there had been more choices. It's fun to find an restaurant on the water in Philadelphia! 

Reviewed the menu before we came and picked this restaurant based on that . When we got there we were handed a 1 page menu with very little options . I feel like offering a limited menu should be something you need to be transparent about upon reservation. We would have left out we already paid rhe $25 to park . Probably won’t be back

there was a problem with their computer system which led to very slow service , and music blasting off and on. Food wasn't great, just ok.
