My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing for 5 days and enjoyed breakfast every day at Keating's Rope and Anchor Bar + Kitchen in the lobby. The buffet was complete with eggs, bacon and sausage along with fruit pastries, yogurt, pancakes and even an omelet station on the weekend. Our server Rafael was great checking on us regularly and did so every day.

Great casual dining. We were at the Seaport Museum for a show and decided to have dinner after the show. The atmosphere, food, and service were spot on. The views are terrific. We are planning to come back when the weather is better. They have outdoor seating, along the waterfront. The indoor parking that is also a part of the Hilton property is very convenient.

Our family had such a wonderful experience this past weekend in Philly! From our great stay at the Penn’s landing hotel to the AMAZING service we received at Rope & Anchor. The food we had for dinner was incredible (the feta balls with honey were amazing) The breakfast buddy was fresh & delicious. Our highlight was The manager though! He was beyond attentive, sweet and truly treated us like family. He came to the breakfast table with little treats for the kids and even gave them a lock & key for the Hope fence and let us take a pic with him. They gave him hugs and already want to go back to visit!

Our table of 3 had a pleasant experience. The view is great - right on the water. It was a quiet night. Our service was generally good but at points seemed slow given how few people were there (taking our order and getting our check to us, in particular). Once our order was in, our food came out quickly. Two of us had pasta dishes which were flavorful and plentiful (took half home). The swordfish entree was somewhat bland. I wouldn't get it again. One shared appetizer, 3 entrees and 3 drinks tallied to about $150 with tax and tip, which didn't seem terrible for what we got. With so many restaurants now going to the mid to high 30's for entrees these days, there was plenty to choose from under $30 here. The dining room is attractive and clean. Super convenient choice when visiting the Independence Seaport Museum.

It was unbearably hot and extremely noisy in the restaurant. The food is mediocre and bland, uninspired -- especially for the price. Service was good. Not a good atmosphere for a nice meal.

It is a beautiful location with beautiful view from the windows and an seasonal outside seating. But food and service are both mediocre. It is convenient to eat there if you're visiting seaport Museum and Penn's landing. I wouldn't go to eat there specifically

Raffat was our waitor for breakfast today and lunch yesterday. He is very attentive, polite and respectful. I wish he was everywhere we eat out.
