We waited at the kiosk at drivethru to order nobody answered I waited about 2 min then drove to the window told the lady nobody answered can she take our order she said no we’d have to drive around again I said the line had around 5 cars deep she shrugged her shoulders I’ll never buy from this location

I purchased 8 piece meal. Chicken was sitting in oil when I opened it up.
We were here in the morning and there were no other visitors. The room is very clean and tidy, including if we are nearby, we will definitely come again.

This KFC is THE worst. I was there 2 weeks ago and the cashier got into an argument with a guy in the back because he didnt want to make more chicken. Tonight I went an hour before they closed and they only had 6 pcs of chicken
I bought 2 chicken dinners to go on Sept 21. 2023. I knew to check the boxes before leaving. The drumstick was dried out with mostly bone showing. I was something you wouldn't give to your dog, I returned to the counter and was given a passable substitute. I knew to check the boxes because 18 months ago I patronized this store also getting take-out. When I got home, the chicken was overcooked and dried out. the distance was too far to return and complain. I passed it off as a bad day at KFC, but it seems to be standard practice/ business as usual. My S.O and I are senior citizens, on SS, and this was supposed to be a treat. We ain't senile, don't like being targeted in this scam, and we will complain to anyone who will listen. I did ask my partner to take a bite of the first drumstick. He said it tasted like shoe leather
