I ordered a 3pc combo. I'm usually asked 'Original or Crispy", not this time. I ended up with some stale, hard crispy chicken. I was so angry. Didn't bother to call and complain because it's hard to get somebody to answer the phone. I ate what I could and shared the rest with my puppy. Lesson learned.

So I’m from jersey but I’m out in PA to visit the zoo and I stopped by to get some food. I just wanna say customer service was A1. Employees deserve a raise or something. The young gentleman was very fast past and kind. Well mannered and approachable.:). Will definitely be back
