The guy was very friendly but they had no sodas and no chicken. What exactly are you selling at that point ? Laughable experience to say the least. Ended up waiting about 15 mins and was able to get chicken tenders only. Friendly staff but poorly run.

I drove through drive thru, requested $20.00 fill up box 12 chicken nuggets were dry not hot, fries were stale old, big pieces of chicken greasy old. Nothing was fresh at all. Total disappointment. Will not be eating that food again.

Employee at drive-thru was not friendly. I had asked if they still had their box meal deals ($5 fill up) and I was told “number 1,2,3” which were combos. I ordered a pot pie and was told it would take 20 minutes! Instead of waiting, I ordered the 2 piece combo. I went to order mt dew as my drink and was told they had no soda. I opted for the Brisk raspberry tea which was disgusting. I’ve had that drink before and liked it. I’m not sure what they did to it but it got poured out. Then I opened my “2” piece combo and found 1 piece plus a breaded pile of bones. Anyone in their right mind would have tossed that piece and not given it to a paying customer. Mashed potatoes with gravy and biscuit were standard. The piece of chicken that actually had meat was edible but overcooked. As someone who grew up eating KFC often, the service and food at this location were very disappointing.

The fry grease wasn't changed, so the food taste and looked burnt. Chicken looked overcooked. Tasted very bland. Chicken was very chewy and dry. Almost no seasonings. So much for 11 herbs and spices.

This is what they served me for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. No sauce, no pickle. A thin, dry piece of fried chicken that barely had any meat. Buns slathered with chili sauce. The aftertaste of oil was bitter. This is KFC's version of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich.Fries were fine, but the sandwich was itself a slap on KFC's face.
