The guy was very friendly but they had no sodas and no chicken. What exactly are you selling at that point ? Laughable experience to say the least. Ended up waiting about 15 mins and was able to get chicken tenders only. Friendly staff but poorly run.

Employee at drive-thru was not friendly. I had asked if they still had their box meal deals ($5 fill up) and I was told “number 1,2,3” which were combos. I ordered a pot pie and was told it would take 20 minutes! Instead of waiting, I ordered the 2 piece combo. I went to order mt dew as my drink and was told they had no soda. I opted for the Brisk raspberry tea which was disgusting. I’ve had that drink before and liked it. I’m not sure what they did to it but it got poured...read full review

(Drive-thru experience) I ordered the tender meal, asked can I have Nashville tenders instead and was advised it $0.50 per tender. Due to the cost "per tender" I decided to get regular tenders. When I reviewed my order ALL tenders look like they were prepared for a baby meal (I was back at work at this time or I would have returned the entire meal). The cost definitely did not align with the service/food received. KFC chains as a whole needs to do a lot better. I will no longer...read full review
