They were very rude, didn’t give me my full order I had to go back, didn’t take our order right, didn’t inform me that they ran out of an item that was included in my order and gave me “extra fries” but looked liked half a handful, and overall gave me small portions for over $30 dollars don’t waste your time and order here just go to the other nearest kfc

Terrible place. The drive thru lady was EXTREMELY rude. She said " i already put the sauce in the fu*king bag" when i asked for extra hot sauce. The food wass terrible. Everything was cold, they forgot 2 of my burritos. And the chalupa shell was so hard it was unedible. Ive been here 4 times and every single time my order has been wrong. Management is terrible and doesnt lift a finger to help resolve issues. Their employees gather outside and smoke week together instead of doing their jobs. Maybe if they weren't high at work, the orders would be completed correctly. DONT EVER GO HERE! youll have a more pleasant experience eating out of the garbage. -100 stars.

I have always been satisfied with the food from this location. I have been a customer for many years.On 11/22 at approximately 5:30. I visited the drive through. I was given a total. But no receipt. When I received my bank alert I was over charged by several dollars. I called the store many times but no one answered the phone.Make sure you get a receipt!

I Got yelled at because I wanted my money back for a rice bowl. The rice was hard and this mean lady yelled at me. I didn’t want another bowl I wanted my money back. The fact that some of the rice was hard made want a refund. ALL OF THE FOOD SHOULD BE RIGHT! WHO CARES IF I ATE SOME OF THE FOOD!! WHEN I GOT TO THE RICE IT WAS HARD!!! There was a mean lady with real thick fake eye lashes who came to the window with a nasty attitude, and yelled at me for wanting a refund. She said YOU ATE MOST OF THE FOOD! SO WHAT YOU IN WANT ME TO SCOOP YOU SOME RICE AND LETTUCE?BECAUSE THATS HOW MUCH YOU ATE! That’s what she said. The anger in that lady’s face could’ve scared so many people. She looked ready to fight me over hard rice Wow she was soooo angry and mad that I wasn’t satisfied with that hard rice. She talked to me like I was a bad child. I didn’t come off rude at all. I just wanted my money back. She looked so angry. I yelled back at her and she was yelling for me to calm down. This other lady was laughing about it the whole time. They humiliated me. She was the one who made me upset. NOBODY WOULD BE SATISFIED WITH HARD RICE. SHE WAS SOOOOOO EVIL ACTING THAT WAS SCARY. How dare you get mad like you own the place?!!!! That was not customer service!!! Instead of checking how much food I ate. She should’ve checked to see how hard that rice was. That’s like eating a platter until you notice something like a toe nail or something in your food. ITS THE SAME THING! I noticed the rice after I started eating and couldn’t finish it. Then she tried to give me more food with a mean attitude. I would never eat anything from there again, especially after her having that nasty attitude. That ruined my happiness for the day. I treat people with respect. She seemed satisfied with being so angry for nothing. I am the one who spent my own money, and I wanted a refund because of the principle of the whole thing!

The workers there are lazy and rude! It’s kfc/Taco Bell and they said they only have kfc? It’s giving lazy to make anything else and you’re getting leftovers. Anyone that goes there should turn right back around because you will not get what you want. Your gonna get what they give you, so just let it go and let them be miserable with their own lives and have a great day by avoiding them and this location of food.

Takes online order, is open and willing to drive thru order, our order was even confirmed complete, they took our money, but they will only take window orders and told us to cancel after taking $38 from us that we can’t immediately use somewhere else.Mind you they had already confirmed this order was completed before we arrived.
