KFC is a restaurant that provides great service, with friendly staff trying to make up for any shortcomings. The food is often hot and the sides are usually very good. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, including missing items and overcharging. The chicken can also be greasy and the breading may fall off. Despite these issues, regular customers have reported being satisfied with their food in the past.
