I went around closing granted. I was not impressed. The service was good. I got the honey jerk dipped wings Mac and cheese and yams. I also added 2 additional sides of Mac and cabbage. The wings were horrible, salty not flavored well. They tasted mostly of sazon. The mac & cheese was overly salted and also had no flavor literally macaroni and cheese. I had the oxtail platter with rice/gravy and greens. The greens were kind of tasteless but the oxtails, rice and gravy were phenomenal. I usually go to Ron's bcuz i live close by but I happen to be in southwest visiting someone and decided to try Kingston 11. Im glad I did. It did not disappoint and will be my new spot
I was not impressed by the service at all! I placed my order and was told it would take 30 minutes. It ended up taking an hour and change for just one order (and the sides were already cooked in the hot bar waiting to be scooped by the cashier). Not only was the wait ridiculous, but they also made my order wrong. I hate sweet and savory together, so I asked for wings without sauce.
