First, we loved the place. I gave the atmosphere a '4' because while Gia Pronto is geared to quick meals/take outs, not formal dining, the manager was marvelous. When I give a '3' for small restaurants/pizza shops it's often not a criticism. In this case, here's what drove the '4': I asked the manager about the pizza dough, which we loved, and she explained that they make there own. Next she told me it's a family owned business, not...
Service is non existent. we ordered on a tablet then had to stop at all the different stops for different items. food is premade and the Chicken parm was so tough I almost choked .kids said the pizza was good but definitely no service sad tipped
The staff in here are worth 10 Stars, especially Jay. I go here each visit I make to Perleman Center and am greeted with a smile. The coffee is fresh and they have nice options to grab something to eat.
