It is located on the second floor of the pavilion. You have to go in the main entrance and up the escalators to find it. Food was great and well priced. Lots of good vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: Sandwiches and salads with tofu, mushrooms or chickpeas as the protein.
With the limited options at HUP we were very impressed with the selection here.-The prices are on the higher end ($9 for 2 slices of goat cheese toast, which we split and was very tasty with strawberries & balsamic) and a reasonable $10 for the Green Goodness sandwich. Honestly you’d pay $10 for a simple turkey sandwich in the cafeteria so this crispy sandwich was a pleasant treat.We waited a few minutes longer than normal and were offered a free treat/drink for our wait. Coffee was good and most of the staff is friendly. Food was okay but not great. Got coffee/food here everyday for a week while my father was inpatient. I stopped by and asked for a cup of ice and was told I’d need to purchase something. That turned me off and I went to the other cafe for the rest of his stay at U Penn.Dietary restrictions: Has vegan and gluten free options.
