Excellent worker behind the counter. Very clean. I wish the corporate hacks, who are rude and don’t care about customers at all, were as good as this individual locale.

Lovely location. The ice cream was phenomenal. James was very attentive and had such a positive energy. He even noticed that I had a dog with me outside and he offered that they had pup cups. My dog enjoyed the pup cup so much and it was his first time having one. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. Because of the great service. my dog and I will be back (this review was written by a different author!)

Ben & Jerry's is a great spot for unique ice cream flavors, with classics that evoke childhood memories. The customer service is generally great, although some staff may be patient-impaired on busy days. The store may not always have every flavor in stock, but the available options are delicious. The oatmeal cream pie and strawberry marshmallow flavors are particular standouts. The shop is clean, air-conditioned, and has convenient parking options. Despite some minor issues, Ben & Jerry's is a great choice for beating the heat with a cool treat.
