I work in the hospital. I went up to grab a quick bite for breakfast and just as I approached the manager decided that she wanted to have a team meeting. I was the only person in line so I don’t understand why she wouldn’t allow them to take my order and then proceed with the meeting. Customer service can be improved along with accurate wait time for mobile orders. No communication regarding delays and had to check on order after 20 minutes past quoted mobile order wait time. Was told I was 3rd in queue but still had several orders given before mine. Discussed with manager who interrupted me several times and talked over me.
