Starbucks are known for their speed. You can go in order something and in a relatively short time will have what you ordered. Not the case at the Starbucks! Surprising, considering it is right next to a huge hospital. The line itself took 35 minutes waiting took another 15 minutes. The food and pumpkin spice latte as well as the coffee my wife ordered were great. It was just the wait I could not understand. Truly one of the most poorly run locations I've visited. This morning there were EIGHT people working, and my mobile order still took 20 minutes longer than projected. With the volume and revenue this location sees, it should be much more efficient.

I strongly advise against going to this location when it's busy, especially in the morning between 8-10am. Wait times are long because there's only a few other places to get coffee around. I have ordered ahead through the app multiple times only to get there and realize after asking the barista that someone has already taken my drink.
