No one likes to work. Everyone stands around talking and ignores the fact that you are waiting to order or receive your order. One girl rubbed her nose and proceeded to make someone's drink. I walked out of line. I refuse. On top of hearing them talk loudly about people they don't like. Do better. Have better supervision of what seems like children running the place.

Management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Terribly rude employees. Counter barista mumbled into the keyboard and then made a spectacle banging on my cup and yelling at me because I couldn’t hear her while other baristas scream laughed and chattered so it was even harder to hear. Hospital employees and patients should NOT have to deal with this.

I was just there on my lunch break and the two women baristas were obnoxiously rude. Constant attitude and talking about customers right in-front of them. Disgusting representation of Starbucks and Penn Hospital.

Really rude employees. Requested a half caf. What? Could I get a drip coffee that is part decaf, part dark roast? We don’t do that. Starbucks doesn’t sell drip coffee at 10:00 in the morning? I just walked away. I went to the Pavilion cafe which also sells Starbucks and lets me mix dark and decaf. But next time I’m going to Bowers for an individually brewed decaf espresso.

Waited 15 minutes for my Frappuccino at a time when the store wasn’t that busy and 5 people were working. As the corp has grown, along with the stock price, the customer experience seems to deteriorate more and more. It used to be a goto place that I looked fwd to visiting. Now it’s my last resort place only when there is no other place to get a coffee.

I've been in the hospital for 10 days with my wife. University of Penn. She had a major surgery. It's Sunday. One of the only places open for food is Starbucks in the founders building. I order Oatmeal. The girl (black and red hair) can't find it but is super nice and asks her associate for help. The associate (black hair) comes to help. She seems annoyed. I thank her. She ignores me. When she brings it out to me, I thank her again. She ignores me again. Each time i spoke we were less than 2 feet away from each other. Then when she called for the rest of my order I didn't even realize it because she spoke so low. Meanwhile I could hear her clearly while she was taking people orders. Seems like she deliberately spoke low. Why? Be a better person. Don't be rude. I have a major life changing event happening for me. I could use a little grace. I hope no one treats you the same way when you're going through something.Black hair girl. Rude.Red hair girl. Great! Thank you for making the experience a little better.

Went to order my drink today. Asked for light ice. The lady making it turned around and rolled her eyes, started complaining under her breath and gives me a dirty look. Then drops the cup on her side of the counter for me to reach. I’ve been working since 3am, last thing I needed was this. Starbucks you need to fix this…

Not bad butApparently they don’t want people using the bathrooms cause they refuse to out toilet paper in there. Women do t have a choice and need toilet paper. Told two staff and another patron asked and theyDidn’t do it.

Inside the hospital. Barristas constantly complain to each other about their jobs, right in front of the customer. The make good lattes despite that.
