This morning my coworker and I were extremely hungry. I placed an online order and est delivery was for 10:20am. My coworker went to front desk there was nothing. I went to front desk and down stairs to front lobby and there was no food. I ask security did anyone deliver anything they said no one with a food delivery came in. I called knead bagel multiple times because if they delivered my food would be here and if they never were in touch with me why didn’t you return the food back to the business. I spoke with Sabrina 3x still haven’t received my refund. NOT OK NOT COOL

I’m genuinely surprised this place has such a high rating of 4.6 stars…the bagel sandwiches are mediocre. Bagels are dense and tough, which you can tell by the many photos under these reviews. Bagels tastes as if you got them from the grocery store. Very low quality bagels. I’ve had wayyyy better bagels elsewhere.

It is rare to get a store like this. The bagels are creative and outstanding, the togorashi bagel is a must try. The fillings are classics with a twist, executed with filigree exactitude. The bakery itself has a wonderful neighbourhood staple vibe with lovely staff.
You will be well looked after should you chance upon it.

What a cute little spot ☺️ Not much dining area inside, but there are a few more tables outside and it’s not on a busy street so you can enjoy your bagel outside. Staff is lighting quick and very friendly ⚡️?? HIGHLY RECOMMEND: The Lox bagel… I still dream about her ?

Delicious place for bagels. Their specials are the most exciting. Every week, they make 2 special sweet or savory. Past week, I got Fried Bologna, Egg & Cheesewith Fried Egg, Sharp Cheddar, Caramelized Onion, & Spicy Peach Ketchu. It was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend to look for their weekly specials!

I absolutely love Knead and get bagels from here often for lunch. My pictures don’t do these bagels justice. My go to order is the knead old bay chicken salad sandwich. One of the best chicken salads I have ever had. They have a great lunch special menu option as well. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone.
