fat salmon was my first sushi experience ever almost a decade ago (when it was fairly new) and I came back yesterday and it was just as delicious as I remembered. I had the spicy scallop roll and the fat salmon signature roll. The pineapple cilantro sauce on top of that was incredible. Was the highlight of my meal. Fat salmon has an ambient atmosphere with low levels of overall lighting to make way for a pleasant cool tone provided by the surrounding LED installations exuding a mixture of mostly blue and green tones. This place has great sushi and it’s located at a great place! Perfect for grabbing a bite to eat before heading to the local bars and clubs! Or perfect for a lunch and then strolling around the park and local shops. I’ve been coming beee for over 2 years and they never miss a beat! Also a great place for a date night!
