Kocinao Restaurant offers a great Dominican spot in Philly. The food is always great, with flavor on point. The mangu is perfection—so soft, flavored right, not dry at all—with nice and juicy onions. The tres golpes a mi gusto is a good choice; extra pieces of cheese were offered in place of salami. The mamey batida is fricking delicious, though a larger size would be nice. Portions are exactly what is expected from a Dominican restaurant; even the smaller size is pretty big. Customer service is stellar, with a warm and inviting staff. The Lady on the phone was nice, the Chef is an excellent cook, and the delivery guy was pleasant and kind. The ambience is immaculate; the decor and set up are dope. The place is clean and decent. Dine, delivery, or to go is awesome. Food is a little pricey but worth it. This restaurant is recommended.
