It was a great experience with Wes and bella

Not what I expected. The server was nice enough but the bbq was bland, had to use cooking spray, the shrimp was rotten and not edible... too expensive for crappy quality I had to cook myself... should have gone to the supermarket!

Mr west was so the best he made us feel so welcome and he went out the way to make sure we enjoyed our time at k pot!!!

Had a fantastic Father’s Day dinner here! Wes is the man! Went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a truly wonderful dinner! Super attentive service great food and delicious soju! Hands down my go to Korean barbecue place! GIVE ME ALL THE SHORT RIBS!

I would also like to thank the manager, Wes, for his professionalism and making sure everything ran smoothly, which really made the difference. Both Kathleen and Wes helped make our visit truly memorable.

One suggestion I have is to consider adding clear halal labeling or halal menu options. This would make it easier for guests with dietary requirements to identify suitable choices.

Will NOT be returning as long as Wes (a new manager, I’m assuming?) works there. Just had the most rude and off-putting interaction of my entire life with this man. My partner & I were so uncomfortable that we didn’t even sit down to eat, we just walked out. Not to mention when we walked in, he seemed to be berating the host, who visibly looked uncomfortable and nervous. From the looks of other reviews about him, I am not the only one who has experienced this. Interesting that he continues to run the place... Quite a shame because we were frequent customers for years, and previous to this, had zero complaints. I am appalled.

Ordered shrimp with my BBQ, almost 5 minutes later I threw up my ENTIRE meal. The shrimp had a funny taste to it, never again.

This is the worst time ever I have experience at this place. I have been going here for long time. My server didn’t even pay attention to what we were ordering. Always come out with something missing in order. And even bring the wrong one. The food was also bad.
