We waited 25 minutes to see a server and then received an attitude because we were annoyed. He never apologized for us having to get up to ask for a server. Eventually another server came to our table to take care of us and apologized for the bad start. He took good care of us the remainder of the evening. The menu selections were different with no traditional options. We could not even order a side of pasta. Overall the food was average. The atmosphere was good but overall the dining experience was not worth the hefty bill for a BYOB.

Best gnocchi ever, super light and pillowy. Our party also had prosciutto pinsa, chicken cotoletta, and seafood pasta - all excellent. Service was fantastic; water kept filled, plates cleared, etc. New favorite spot!

The pasta is done impeccably! I've had pasta at hundreds of places across big US cities and Italy. L'Anima does it special. The middles and the sauce and yummy nuts all hand together and are easy to eat.

We've had two very good dinners here over the last few months. Food is well prepared with fresh ingredients/ pasta specials have been very very good both times. Last nights was a very tasty pasta with spicy sausage a little mushroom in a great but not super heavy white wine sauce. When my wife asked how prevalent mushrooms were, waiter understood she wasn't crazy about them and offered to substitute spinach for mushrooms/ both were great!!

My husband and I went here on a Sunday evening for a special occasion. The place was nearly empty and I can only imagine that was a matter of timing, because the whole experience was excellent. Our server, Zach, was attentive without being intrusive. He paced the courses perfectly. The food was delicious!! We were drawn by the menu that was available online, but they also had several specials - two of which we ordered. We would definitely return here!
