I have been extremely disappointed with the past year of business. Our family has used her as “our cookie lady” for years. Although she has amazing cookies... customer service is the worst that I have seen. We have ordered three times through her for three separate events. She has flaked on all of them. She is going through “health issues“ but there has never been a text or responded call or anything until it was too late. It left us scrambling to find desserts. I am writing a review so that others do not have this issue. The amount of stress when a vendor becomes nonresponsive the day before you’re supposed to pick up your cookies is unimaginable. I hope she finds health enough to run her business professionally. She has lost a loyal customer forever.
