I ordered 2 beef bacon cheeseburgers that came with No bacon and soggy lettuce and tomatoes. I also ordered cheeses fries that were soggy and cold. My last time ordering from them.

I'm a new customer to Lil Trents. April 5 2025, I purchased a fried chicken sandwich. It was the best tasting sandwich I've purchased. Also, I had a slice of a pizza named blanco. It was absolutely delicious. I will purchase food there again and refer to friends and family.

Good food, great customer service. Enjoyed the pizza and grilled shrimp. Egg rolls were a little greasy but very tasty. Looking forward to ordering again!

Such a horrible experience. I called when they opened at 11am for a 1pm delivery for a small party at my job today. The female call taker put me on hold a few times to ask questions in her background for accuracy. This was fine because we both needed to be sure the order was correct and doable. AGAIN, I called at 11:02am to be exact. The call taker stated I needed to pay over the phone for such a large order. My total was around $163. At 11:36, I receive a call from the establishment telling me they could not fulfill my order by 1pm, and if I still wanted the order, I would after 1pm and I would be charged an additional 20% due to calling so close to the pickup time. This confused the hell out of me because I called when they open at 11am. I was told I should've called the day before if I did not want to be charged the additional 20%. I asked for a refund and had to place an order elsewhere. I then received another call stating the call taker spoke with the owner and if I still wanted the order they could make it. No thank you and I will never attempt to patronize this business again. Such poor customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised they were offering dollar shrimp in this economy. I ordered the garlic parm shrimp. They were fried perfectly. The perfect amount of garlic nice juicy and flavorful. The staff that were in the store were extremely friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered. They’re definitely a 10 out of 10!! I will be back.

Why I order my food online on their website Thursday at around 11pm get there at 11:30pm and they had the lights off. Nobody was there but the time they close says 12:00am.

Reliably delicious food and amazing service. I would sacrifice my first born to get free food from here everyday.
