I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. After waiting for 20 minutes I tried to order… one lady started to yell on me and be very disrespectful. And it was in front the manager. All the manager said was I’m the manager so wassup what you want. If you not taking orders you just have to say it. You shouldn’t yell on the customer on be disrespectful. I just because of employees like this little Caesar’s will loose plenty of customers.

If you want a Detroit style pizza with massive doughy crust and the cheese isn’t spread to the edge of the pan at all, order one from here. Worst little Caesars on earth. Very sad the one on 52 and chestnut closed down. This “Detroit style” pizza was about as close to an insult in the form of food as it can get. Get your s*** together. It’s fast food pizza for gods sake.
Been here before at 12noon. Lunch time prime time. No pizza ready. They open at 10am it's 12pm and no pizza ready. Today I ordered a pizza waited 15 minutes and when I went to pay they don't take cash? Card only, she ignorantly pointed to a sign it the door and looked past me to wait on another person. Low budget food equals low budget service.

You pay for your pizza and get hard dry out pizza at times. This happened 3 times to me as I can recall.

I purchased a pizza from this particular establishment (5901 Lancaster Ave) on Friday - 1/3/25. Very unprofessional staff at this location. The staff/cashier that waited on me was eating barbecue wings at the front counter when I entered and continued eating while waiting on other customers. The cashier's Customer service and communications skills was a absolute 👎🏾. The pizza itself was terrible. I definitely will not be visiting/purchasing anything from this Little Ceasars again. As far as the cashier, I guess it's hard to find help which leads to Little Ceasars hiring anything or anyone that applies for a job without proper screening.
I only wanted the stuffed crust pizza. The cashier said they don't sell it. And it's a new product

They never have any of the specialty pizzas in stock, so if you order something specific online they'll just substitute it for a regular $5 pizza without saying anything. After this happened the second time I asked the guy working why it's a regular pizza and he said "oh yeah, they don't send us those." I asked what could be done and he took my pizza in the back and added a bunch of seasonings and some hot sauce to it, none of which I asked for.
Haven't been here in awhile because of that experience, hopefully it's changed but I won't be back to find out.

They do not use any seasoning like oregano making the pizzas taste bland. Depending on who makes your order, it is sometimes dry & other times dripping with sauce.

The service was horrible. The establishment is dirty. I feel sorry for the staff, their manager is horrible. They don't have adequate facility for the work environment. Health department should conduct a visit. They just want the money, could care less customer service. The cashier attempted to help but the manager was stone faced and did not care.

Made a quick stop to get pizza and the first thing the cashier said was "only cash and apple pay"...so that was the first dislike. Then I asked for napkins and they had NONE! Poor management of this store. The pizza even though it was one of the one they had ready it wasn't too hot compared to other locations. I dont recommend stopping here.

Pizza always delicious, ready and at a great price!???
Love the pepperoni! Bring your own bag to carry your sodas, though!
Parking: No driveway entry on the 59th St. side. Park on Lancaster Ave., for quicker in and out, when in a hurry OR if their little parking lot is full. ????

This particular one has a bunch of young ladies and young men working there, and I must say each and every time I order from here, they are so on point! A business is only as good as its employees, they are young but they definitely take care of their customers!
Store has always been clean when I have gone there, and the employees are always busy doing something, sweeping, wiping the counter and hotbox down, and cooking of course.
I am always greeted with a smile, always told how long it will take, and always a thank you ma’am have a nice day!
My grandkids like the stuffed cheesy bread so that has become a staple for snacks.
The parking lot is a bit tight, but if you know how to drive you can get in and get out with no problems. There is also limited street parking.
