I will never go back to this restaurant, the owner should go back to 1st grade on how to handle things.

hit-and-miss; summer rolls were good, and the veggie banh mi was alright but not quite flavorful enough for me, but the lemongrass chicken skewers were not good. it’s possible you’re meant to get pho here and not much else on the menu.

I recently visited this cozy little cafe and had the most incredible pho and beef chow fun. Being from Asia, I really appreciate the chef's dedication to his Craft. The Pho broth was super rich and flavorful, simmered for hours with fresh ingredients. I'd definitely skip adding the different sauces on the table to the broth so you can appreciate its flavor. And the beef chow fun? So good! The chef nailed that smoky wok flavor. This cafe is a gem that really showcases authentic Asian food. I can't wait to go back !

Excited for a pho spot that closes a lot later than most vietnamese restaurants but the food was mid and the service… could be improved. I support the owner’s cause to save Chinatown and I appreciate his hard work and dedication. Didn’t realize he had a restaurant and I decided to give it a try tonight but I won’t be coming back. I ordered a lotus salad with shrimp, BBH, pho with beef and tripe and a porkchop with rice. I had to leave in a hurry and I appreciate that the owner packed up my food when it came out. However, he gave me 2 phos and a vermicelli noodle dish with shrimp and porkchop with rice with a fly floating in the sauce. I was already in a rush so I said I’ll pay for everything, I don’t care about the BBH, just please replace the sauce. He said he got me and I felt relieved. I paid for everything and I left. Got home and realized I was missing the noodles and meat for my pho. BBH was missing. I was charged extra for dishes I didn’t order AND didn’t receive and I still placed a tip to show my appreciation... I should have checked before I left the restaurant. Very disappointed in myself. The lotus salad was a meager portion and had no flavor. Loved the char on the porkchop and how tender it was.

The food here is so delicious for a reasonable price!! I recommend their pork chop pho, pork chop broken rice, and (steamed) gyoza!

The pho is $19 which I guess is how downtown prices are if rent is expensive. Broth was B+ and could be a touch hotter. Noodles could have been more squishy.

Food was bland. The owner was rude for no reason, which really ruined the vibe. We were very polite and asked a simple question. Only plus: the staff were polite and nice. Won’t be back.

It’s very cute and the server there is very friendly. First place I went to that has a decent amount of spice in their chili oil. I went there with my friend a few days ago and she’s a spice fiend, she added almost half of the chili oil. The server was so concerned.

The food was very good. The noodles were very soft but the tendons were kind of hard to chew on.

It was a rainy day when we went so it has a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Though they do have a policy that each person must have over $15, my friend and I shared a bowl and he made an exception for us. We will come again!!

Such a great environment— very calming and cozy atmosphere. We ordered two bowls of pho (meat balls & brisket) and a mango sticky rice for dessert. The pho was a perfect serving amount, we finished them entirely down to the bowl. They also give a hefty amount of toppings on the side. The service was great. We had a young man in glasses, and he was incredibly attentive and kind to us. I also love how late they stay open, it’s perfect when you just want a chill meal. I recommend this place!

Food is ok but we ordered a beef pho (P10) and when we got home and opened the bag it was chicken broth and there was no meat. I’d be slightly less upset about the mistake if it came with at least some type of meat. But it was just chicken broth, rice noodle, and standard pho mix-ins. The chicken broth wasn’t great either, had to mix in my own seasonings at home. Very disappointed

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor — when our food finally arrived, the waiter didn’t even know which dish was pork and which one was beef. We had ordered noodles, but something completely different was brought to the table. To make things worse, the lemonade tasted like plain water with sugar. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place.
