I've eaten plenty of good italian hoagies from all over philly for years.
Today ,I've eaten THE BEST ITALIAN HOAGIE EVER!!! The old Italian, with the hot meats it truly special,especially for the Italian hoagie lover.

My son and I drove up from Baltimore because he’s been on a hoagie kick. The people that work in the store were so nice to us. They continuously gave my son free samples of meat and homemade mozzarella while they were making his hoagie. We really appreciated the sandwiches they were absolutely delicious

The quintessential local Italian spot for the Passyunk warriors out there like myself. I have to stop myself from the impulse of getting a sandwich most days when I am on my way home or they might have to start rolling me down Passyunk. Top tier ingredients that I can tell are imported with thought and purpose, great menu choices, and staff with that local charm. Might have my last meal be a pint container of their San Marzano Calabrian cream sauce served by a ladle.
