There’s an art to building a good lobster roll. The toasted buttered bread is a standard first step. Then the tender seasoned lobster filling follows. Luke’s Lobster understands the process and does not over complicate the lemon buttered succulent lobster. For that, I thank them profusely. Their rolls are a hit!
Lobster was very fresh. Had the warm 6oz lobster roll with the hot honey butter. One of the best lobster rolls I have had in a while. Staff was friendly, restaurant was very clean. Will be back for sure!
With the tip I spent $34.00 the Mexican cola that comes with the combo is very good. It's nice that you get a bag of kettle chips with your lobster roll. Unfortunately the lobster roll was mainly claw meat. That made the texture pretty soft. There's a certain ratio of tail meat to claw in a lobster roll and it wasn't there.
