Soon as we walked inside - the hostess had an unwelcoming vibe. Food was extremely mediocre. Eggplant overcooked. Calamari very greasy. Stay away from the lobster ravioli. New York pricing for 4 extremely small raviolis with no barely any lobster.Server never checked on us once. Waited for 10 minutes to have plates cleared. Never provided an itemized bill.

I ordered take out that was supposed to be rigatoni and red sauce, called way ahead for pick up. It was spaghetti instead and I had to wait because one of the four hostesses didn't have the right "log in number".Oh, what is the word?

Please note this review has nothing to do with our waiter he was excellent. We always have a wonderful evening at Macaroni's tonight was off. Made our reservation for 3 at the bar ... 3 weeks ago.... confirmed our reservation for 3 by phone.. got there they asked if our party is 6 was all here. After waiting to be seated they said our table was waiting for the party to leave advised we would be open to be seated in main dining room. Ordered which included appetizers as well as 1 entree and 2 pizzas. The entree arrived before the pizzas was told another 2 mins. For pizzas..20 plus mins later no pizzas insisted the entree be eaten before it got cold. Apologies given by waiter and was told the out door seating was using the pizza ovens. Pizzas finally arrived not our waiters fault this falls on the chef/kitchen to say the least it was not an enjoyable meal when eaten in shifts and not as a unit. The people eating the pizza felt rushed while the others watched. This is not good kitchen service and ultimately not a good dining experience.

Atmosphere is nice but not happy with service. Dinner arrived and were never given silverware. Asked a bartender and he said sorry we don't have any here. Eventually got silverware but food cold. The food was not that good might have been better hot. Disappointed since everyone raves about this place? Not sure why. Get better service at Wawa.

Wonderful italian fare and delicious cocktails. Inside has a little more ambience, but definitely take a peak out back at the lovely atrium bar. You can eat at the bar and have cocktails while watching the game.

Just to make people aware that even if you have a reservation your table is not guaranteed.We had one for 7pm and they kept us waiting 30 minutes saying someone is already on our table and will be leaving soon. After two times of us speaking with them when the table will be available, and they make us wait that long for already booked reservation we left disappointed. Who knows how much longer we would have been kept waiting.

A hidden gem in the northeast. The food is delicious,swear my husband would eat here every day if he could. The drinks are just as delish. When the weather is nice,the outside bar is the way to go,it has a down the shore vibe. If you haven't been to this restaurant,u need too!!
