Highly recommend, food is outstanding and the staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely the Italian gem in Northeast Philadelphia.
Highly recommend Macaroni’s Restaurant. My Son and Daughter-in-law took me for a belated Father’s Day lunch to this incredible restaurant.
We were lead to the P-Square bar by the gracious owner Davide. We were then asked if we would like a cocktail while we were waiting to order. Our Bartender Sean was the best, he made several recommendations from the menu and we ordered just that. His knowledge of the menu and dessert sold us.

This is a gem in the Northeast. My family and I love Macaroni’s. Their food is amazing, and the service is top-notch. It's right in our neighborhood, so we don't have to go too far for fine dining. I am so grateful for their fantastic staff, welcoming and always happy to see us.
