Worst experience I’ve had with a restaurant.

I scheduled an Uber Eats order with this restaurant more than two hours in advance, specifically so they’d have plenty of time to see it and prepare it. Instead, they canceled it right when I was about to pick it up. When I called to ask what happened, the staff snapped at me that it was “too short notice” and acted like I was the problem. I drove almost two hours for this order only for it to be cancelled as I’m about to walk in, and you want to blame me? Okay, let’s look at the receipts. Order was placed at 3:28pm for pickup 5:00, cancelled at 4:54.

According to the Uber Eats training manual, you:

-Should have seen this order well in advance, assuming your default prep time is set correctly

-Have options to prevent becoming overwhelmed such as a busy mode, order delaying, and new order pausing

-Are encouraged to keep the tablet somewhere that’s easy to keep an eye on, specifically to avoid missing orders

-Are strongly encouraged to contact customers and work something out before just canceling

Maybe read the manual before blaming the customers next time.

Highly uncommon and delectable, authentic Indonesian savory and dessert pancakes! Super uncommon to find such a place in the US! A must try! Reasonably priced and the sizes of the portions are also quite decent! Cooked to perfection!

I'm so glad there's Martabak in USA. Thank you for healing my longing of my hometown 🫂 The Cheese Choco Sprinkle sweet Martabak and Savory Beef Martabak were so good. Just like how we made it back home...

A small place with no table and chairs. I think it's common for Philadelphia not having table and chairs in their restaurant since I saw this also in a Dunkin Donuts close to Independence Hall area, my guess is because of the homeless problem. Food is okay, could be better.

Amazing food and service. Order your food online or over the phone before you come. Prep time is 30-40 min. No place to eat inside. It's a take out restaurant.

The so called martabak manis is nothing but filled pancake with lots of chocolate sprinkles, nuts and sugar (super sweet). The texture is no way close to the real Indonesian martabak manis, the typical crispiness is not there at all. It's not worth the price and hype. When I opened the box at home, the chocolate was melted all over the bottom of the container.
I'd never met an attendant who did not say hi nor smile, arrogant would be the right word, hence the 1 star.

Good food (tried original sweet martabak/aka terangbulan, and mini martabak original & martabak sambel ijo). Dine in is not possible, and better to make a cal prior (a day or two is even better), so no wait time. Staff is ok. They closed on Tue.

More delicious than the martabaks in the capital🔥🔥

This one of the first real martabak indonesian street food, love the savory beef crispy martabak. The sweet martabak da bomb full with cheese chocolate etc, but need make soft the dough overall worth it
