The assistant manager Tracey is unprofessional and shouldnât have a job there anymore. She cusses at the Coworkers, other managers and the customers. She doesnât know how to run her shifts. Had a trainee come in and left her struggling. Then she started yelling and cussing at everyone. Just disgusting and belligerent behavior and she needs to be terminated.

Food don't taste right. When I went in to get my food a whole bunch of kids were In there tearing in being loud. With no manager saying anything. I found it to be crazy they allowed this. I got my food which someone named Nicole took my order. And even gave me tips on food to order. But overall experience was not good with the rest of the worker.

Honestly majority of the staff is amazing except for a few. But I can see why they lack good customer service due to the different type of people who patronize as well as sit in there all day. I must say the late night crew is a vibe. Thank you Mustafa for being such an amazing night crew worker. Attentive and respectful goes a long way especially when wanting McDonaldâs 2 in the am. I got the 5 dollar Mcvalue meal.
