Had me sit in drive thru for 10 mins and told me that I couldn’t use my code only for mobile orders which is insane to me…….this place needs a new owner asap because it’s been horrible for years ….. call the holidays or John Dawkins asap please ….. then had me sit another 5 mins for fries 🍟

The reason I feel this way is I go through the drive-thru the cashier in the Drive-Thru says welcome to McDonald's can I help you I start placing my order for them to come back after 10 minutes of me placing my order for the cashier person to tell me that they're not taking them all orders they are out of food smfh so what was the point of even asking me or taking my order if you knew you didn't have no more food in the store and if that was the case why you had five people waiting curbside if there wasn't any more food left another mystery so my overall star review is one star when y'all can get it together on y'all have food in the store I will change my review thank you and God bless future reference I hope that's not a normal thing because this will not be your only bad review taking orders and then saying you're out of food 😞😞🙏🏽🙏🏽✌🏽 sheesh 🙄

I ordered off DoorDash I got 3 happy meals and some fries for one it was hair in my fries and then one of the happy meals just had fries in it no nuggets or anything
Wait it for a DoorDash order for a customer for 30 minutes. It appeared they were understaffed as only two staff for working to make and complete orders. DoorDash drivers had to pick up on foot and not in the drive-thru so they were stuck waiting out in the cold of 25°F. And the staff did ignore the delivery drivers when trying to get employees attention.

Mopping the floor at 835 am during rush hour. Could not use the bathroom as the floor was wet and didn't want to fall.
11/17/24 Went through the drive through in the morning. The lady at the window couldn't have been more rude. This location is off limits. Maybe MacDonalds period.
