Worse spot ever they never open on time they open doors at 8am instead of 5 or 6am so ppl who take the bus or drive trucks cant even order cause the workers catch an attitude specially the females cause customers walk up to the drive thru window trying to order some food so if you dont have a vehicle you cant order from this McDonalds

I ordered my food through the drive-thru and after I ordered my food I was waiting 10-15 minutes to pay for my food because the guy that was working at the drive through and the vehicle in front of me was having a conversation acting like we’re not there and at one time he was on his phone.It happened on August 2,2025 around 9 something in the morning.

Not sure who the young man with braids is, but honestly he was so kind. I’ve never had a good experience with McDonald’s in Philly, but this young man made my day. Food was good, iced coffee was good, I asked for sugar free (ordered on the app) he made sure I wanted sugar free before filling it up. Great experience, thank you.
This McDonald's location on Island Ave has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. The food is made with care. Keep up the good work 👍

I pulled in at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday and I found that the employees were standing outside telling us they were closed. Which on their website it said 9pm. So why were u closed? Should of been able to at least go thru drive thru if dining area wasn't open. This is what's wrong with going to cities and the employees just do and act however they want. ( Very unprofessional).
