Fish sandwich & fries was fresh it just lacked flavor. They forgot my lettuce & had an attitude about me wanting the Lettuce? :/ , they also charged me for Extra cheese … I didn’t order that .
I drove to Ogontz Ave after I left the McDonalds on Chelten near Germantown Ave because it was Extremely chaotic and the staff looked overwhelmed and they were unprofessional.But when I walked into the Ogontz Ave location everyone was professional and the atmosphere was peaceful. I asked the nice woman taking my order, who’s the manager and she answered, I am the manager. Clearly, this manager cares about her restaurant. Please keep up the good work because customer service...
Went thru drive thru 8/11/24 around 3pm. All employees I had contact with were all very nice and helpful! Got my food fast and it was hot and good! I was surprised to have the experience coming here that I had, to be honest.
