I ordered delivery from here, it took over an an hour from the time i ordered it to the time o received it. I ordered 3 cookies, got 2, the French fries are old n rock hard like it was the left over fries from the whole day. Smh

I went here with my granddaughter on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at about 9:15 A.M. Clean and ready to serve. Drive through had a few cars in line, and a group 6-7 children and adults were inside, seated, waiting for their orders. I went inside today simply because I needed to use the restroom. Again, everything was clean!

Always says they are open 24 hours. Workers don’t feel like working so the close early and still accept online orders. When you get there no one answers the drive thru window. Lazy POS workers.
I was stuck in the drive-thru for over 45 minutes for a small nugget meal. The setup made it impossible to leave, so I had no choice but to wait. Absolutely ridiculous. The employees seemed completely unfazed by the situation—no apology, no explanation, nothing. It’s 100% clear customer service isn’t a priority here.

I rarely leave reviews at all, but I felt it only fair to pass on this warning. I just sat in the drive thru line trapped for 40 minutes for reasons unknown. There’s no one at the payment window, and when I finally got to the food window and one of the many employees “working” decided to come help me, I asked why it was taking so long and she said “That ain’t got nothin to do with me.” No apologies, no discount for inconvenience, no offer to speak to a manager. Just flippant disregard. I’d skip this location no matter how hungry you are. Hit up the chipotle next door instead it’s so much better
