Food was delicious and they delivered a full plate. Only wish is people realize they're talking/yelling in a public place when other diners want to enjoy each other's company
Wonderful service and excellent food! Melograno is ALWAYS a consistently great experience!
We had a great time. Easy and helpful service, great food. I would definitely go back again.
The staff took such wonderful care of us! We had a large group of marathon runners arriving from various places at different times, and the staff accommodated us with ease. The service was outstanding with food to match!
We were warmly greeted and seated. There was no rush to order as we were catching up. Dinner was ordered and promptly arrived. It was delicious! This byob is a gem!
loved our meal relaxing pace friendly server .the food was great fresh pasta great sauces . oved appetizers and desserts.
It's easy to understand why this restaurant is so popular. The smart menu is accessible without succumbing to the rote mechanics of too many Philadelphia “Italian” restaurants or employing frivilous innovation. Kitchen execution is solid. With a full house, service was friendly and professional. We never felt rushed or neglected. Pricing is very fair, considering the high quality of food and service. Noise level is very high, but it didn't harm our positive experience.
The food was delicious! We very much appreciated the quiet setting for our group of 8 friends. It was easy to have conversations and were not rushed through our meal. When visiting Philadelphia in the future we would definitely return.
Always a pleasure coming to Melograno and the floor manager Joe is the best. Bring back the duck ragu though!!! The granchio, in my opinion, is the best pasta dish in philadelphia
Melograno is simply a neighborhood gem. New menu items were terrific. Excellent as always.

Best Italian restaurant in the Rittenhouse area. Beautiful rustic atmosphere, excellent service, flavorful dishes, and BYOB. Couldn't ask for more.

Staff is super friendly and food is fresh and delicious! Best tiramisu. Will definitely go back.
Great dinner last night at Melograno where I haven’t been for a long time. Happening block. Had a reservation which they honored quickly despite being crowded. Great server, attentive host, and the food was excellent and well priced. We shared appetizers and I had the pappardelle with duck ragu, and it was really delicious: you could tell the noodles were homemade . BYOB makes Melograno even more economical. The downside is the noise level is completely off the charts and hard to hear or talk without shouting. Lots of large parties and younger folks (good for them). I might go back … but on a weekday.

The owners are from Rome and it is obvious both in the excellent seasonal menu choices and authentic preparation.
