This food truck is down the street from me, which is dangerous. Their birria tacos are THE BEST I've ever had, ever. And I have tried a lot all over Philly and elsewhere but this spot it authentic and sooooo delicious. You get your money's worth. I give them 10/10 for delicious, fresh food. Can take a little while for your food to be prepared if there's a wait, but I prefer they take their time as opposed to having the tacos made and sitting. That leaves for them...
I am always down for birria tacos and this place is definitely worth trying. The tortilla was perfectly crispy with a layer of cheese between. The consommé was delicious and not too salty, as sometimes they are. We also got the ramen special, which was interesting. The ramen was nothing special as it came in a pre-packaged container but it was super nice as they added the birria meat and consommé-type broth. Prices were really reasonable for the amount of food for a food truck.

The truck is 40 minutes from me so I got there at 3:00pm on the dot on Tuesday. The truck was not there. I checked their Instagram for maybe an update but there wasn't one. I sat and waited in the car. (Btw there's a free parking lot and plenty free street parking). They finally arrived at 3:15pm and setup at 3:20pm. People lined up so fast.
