We had a taste for pasta one night so we ordered the chicken parm from Mimmo's the order came up to about $22.00. The food smelled delicious and my platter was hefty. When I got home, I looked down at my hands and my dress and I had gotten grease stains all over my new dress and hands. The food was in a paper bag and was very greasy. When I opened the platter there was three breaded chicken patties and a bowl of pasta and tomato sauce with cheese. The food itself tasted very basic like every ingredient had come straight from the can or package and cooked with nothing added to season. So disappointed.

Just ok...pizza came cold jarred or canned mushrooms, not the fresh ones. I asked for fried onions not received paid for extra pepperoni also not received. I hadn't ordered from them in three years. Now I know why...reminder to myself, Other places have beef pepperoni as well.

I preordered food for an after school program. I left in the âdelivery notesâ that the driver had to call the on-site staff when they arrive and I left their telephone numbers. When the driver arrive he called my phone multiple times and became irate when I could not understand where he was located at the school. I tried to explain that I was not onsite and I left clear instructions on who to contact when he arrived. He hung up on me 5 different times and called back after a few minutes to yell and scream and threaten to take our food. I texted him after the 5th time he yelled and hung up on me and asked if he could text his location to so there were zero discrepancies and I even provided the on site staffâs cell numberâŠagain to ensure he was connecting with the correct person. He ignored my texts and called me back a final time yelling into the phone âyou want you food, you want you food.â When he finally gave the food to the on site staff he practically threw the food at them and ignored them when they tried to ask if he forgot the drinks. I called the restaurant to file a complaint and the person who answered was very dismissive and provided zero help or support regarding the situation. They said âwe will talk to the driverâ then practically hung up the phone. I will never patronize this business again. Completely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful, do not waste your time!
