Yes, the search for my favorite Caribbean restaurant continues! I was a little skeptical at first due to the low reviews on both Google and Yelp platforms. But since Shana's sold out of J*** Chicken the day I went, I figure might as well as give another restaurant a try. Miracles looks pretty run down when I walk in. Got the lunch meal! (Medium size)Cabbage was okay. Everything was seasoned good! Oxtail taste good, could've been a little more tender. Loved the portion size of Oxtails! Rice could've cooked a little more! Everything was edible!

First time in Philly we were craving some Jamaican. Miracles did not disappoint. The oxtails were cooked to perfection. Cabbage was savory and had a great crunch. The rice and beans were flavorful and filling. Portion size was generous. The meal hit the spot! We will definitely return!Parking: Free 2 hr street parking spots exist directly in front of the restaurant. Paid street parking also exists further down the street.
