Molto Bene! Ravioli Co. Reviews
We are a fellow vendor at the Doylestown Farmers Market. Several weeks ago he had a muffaletta flavored ravioli that we purchased. The ravioli was incredible. It had so much flavor, including having mortadela inside. Can’t wait for him to be there again and hopefully have more of the muffaletta ravioli.
We recently came across their stand at the Wenonah Farmer’s Market and are so glad that we did! The spinach raviolis are seriously incredible. They’ve become our new weekly dinner. We’re looking forward to trying other flavors and sauces!
We had a double graduation party for our daugheters, one high-school and one college, and the Molto Bene truck was a huge hit! The food was fantastic, we preordered Ravioli, Meatball Sandwich and Chicken with broccoli rabe and our guests raved about it! Molto Bene! Ravioli Co. can be found at the Doylestown Farmers Market and in its own adorable shop. The ravioli is hands down the best, on a completely different level, and absolutely wonderful. Flavors include Sausage and Three Cheese, muffaletta, Sweet Pea and Lemon, Beet and Goat cheese, Sweet Potato, and triangular Duck-dilled ravs, along with specials like peach raviolis. The fillings are hearty, flavorful, and delicious, with some featuring mortadela. The pasta holds beautifully and never bursts while boiling.
Their homemade sauces, like the marinara, are chef’s kiss, with perfectly balanced seasoning. The quality of the product is truly restaurant level good. The shop also offers Italian soda and soups. Prices are reasonable, though some note it is pricey, but you get what you pay for in terms of delicious high-quality ingredients. The friendly owner provides point-on suggestions. It is your local ravioli convenience store for a dinner of your Italian dreams.
