FORÎN is a cafe with great coffee and amazing service. The espresso is an utter delight, with a peach-forward roast that is delicate and multi-sensory. The pour over is a strong hit. Drinks like the ube matcha latte are just so perfect. The breakfast sandwich features the most creamy and fluffy egg with spam, paired with a scallion jam. Pastries taste like pastries, and bagels are also really good. The cafe has a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. The atmosphere is comforting, with a green tone for the walls and decor that is both soothing and bright. The noise level is medium with background tunes, and the temperature and lighting are very welcoming. There is a cool record collection upstairs. The baristas are always pleasant, helpful, and friendly. However, the food can be underwhelming, with limited options like a very soggy curry tofu hoagie or a bagel with cream cheese. Parking is an adventure. This is a place for a quiet, warm, and high-quality experience oozing in comfort and intention.
