This is one of my favorite food trucks on campus. The food is inexpensive but tastes absolutely amazing. The service is quick and the owner is such a sweet guy. I can not speak on authenticity since I've never tried other Filipino dishes before, but there is such a nice balance of flavor and spice. 10/10 would recommend

The truck is open Monday to Friday, with changes posted on Instagram. Overall, it is praised as the best Filipino BBQ and best food truck in town, student‑friendly, with excellent service and a fantastic person behind the grill.
