I've been going here for years, and the workers are usually pretty nice. Drinks are decent and I've never really had any problems. Went here just recently and was trying to place my order... I had to stand in front of the cashier for a good minute before she finally locked eyes with me and took my order. Bro was literally right in front of me and kept mumbling to herself or someone next to her. I said hi at least 3 times before I gave up and just waited for her to acknowledge my existence and take my order. Ok, maybe she was truly busy with staring out the window right behind my head with her eyes glazed over but she could've at least said something like "Wait a minute I'm doing something very important right now and I'm a little occupied, but I'll take your order soon." Very very odd experience

It's great that they serve fresh taro paste instead of powder. Now that they have fresh taro paste expected to have more of paste and not chunks as the chunks did not enhance the taste, maybe a more of a paste would have gone better.

Absolutely horrible!! Please hire adults with some common sense , and stop leaving children to run your business. I was the first one in the store and somehow 3 people were given their order before me ! I placed my order sat down . 3 more orders were placed after me & all of them were served their drink before mine were even fully made !! I watched as the young man told the girl making my drink that she made it wrong and he still served it to me . They talked amongst each other for 15 minutes & carelessly made drinks . Both drinks were in the trash before I could even make it to the next block. The milk was spoiled in my milk tea . I couldn’t make it past that. The tapioca pearls in the smoothie were expired or something . They smelled horrible and tasted disgusting . ordered. When I said something to the employees about the horrible service he literally just shrugged his shoulders and said “ sorry I guess “ i promise you I will not come back here and will make sure to pass this experience along to my friend group that frequently comes here .
Let’s not get started on the atmosphere. Dirty mops and trash just exposed for everyone to see . Employee went to bathroom with the door open then came right out of the restroom without washing hands. What is this ????

They have so many varieties of drinks. I got the orange green tea. Such tasty drink, could totally feel the orange in it. They also put orange pieces in it. Service is fast. They also accommodated our request of giving us some bubble in a cup for my toddler.
Parking: Street parking are free after designated meter hours
