I would give this place 4 stars, minus a star because it was quite expensive for not a lot of meat. However, I got the P8 (rare eye round steak & brisket) and it was really good! The broth was clean and delicious, and elevated with the addition of the sauces (as well as Sriracha I had at home). I actually ordered this takeout, so it was perfectly packaged and easy to reheat and eat at home. I know there are a ton of pho places near here, but this was a great one!

The best pho in Chinatown!! Literally. Really savory and clean soup, fresh brisket, and the owner remembers us when we go in. I’ve tried almost all the pho places in Philly and this is the best so far. Give this little cafe a try!
