I visited this coffee shop a while back, but the experience stuck with me. It was a beautiful sunny day. When I walked in, there were two guys behind the counter and neither greeted me. In some instances, this would make me leave without ordering; however, I was meeting my boyfriend. I ordered a specialty coffee sat and waited for said boyfriend. Well, when he arrived the two behind the counter were all smiles and just flirting away. I thought, wow! Shortly after either another staff member came in or to work the counter and ended up waiting on me for my next specialty coffee, same as the 1st. Turns out the 1st guy over charged me using his made-up formula to come up with the price which was over $7. Crazy I know...but it was my 1st time there, I just figured I wouldn't come back for such a ridiculously priced coffee. The new guy charged me right but neither of them offered to give me the overcharge back! And don't ask me why I didn't ask for it. Although I shouldn't have had to, the 1st guy admitted to overcharging! Between the mean boy unwelcoming attitude, the blatant flirting with the boyfriend (possibly to get under my skin), and the disrespectful disregard to correct the fact that they overcharged me; I will not go back to this coffee shop and would never recommend it to a friend. I completely regret my decision to stay and feel foolish for having done so. Even so, they should feel embarrassed by their deplorable behavior.

Honestly, nice place. But they need more help in the kitchen when preparing bagels etc. It’s no rush, not busy as of right now and I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for a bagel with butter and jelly. I get it, I work retail, but staffing is key to success and it’s not staffed properly.

Quiet coffee shop. Good prices and options. Gluten free items available pre-wrapped, not sure where they are made. Staff was very friendly with recommendations! Plenty of free street parking available. I look forward to coming back.

This is a great place to sit and have the best Macha latte! I forgot this little gem existed but I won't be making that mistake again.

I occasionally stop by on my way to work and their autumn latte is delicious, along with their croissants. The owner is the main barista there on weekday mornings and is very pleasant

I do enjoy coffee houses so I spend quite a bit of time in them. Mt. Airy had both good food selections as well as (of course) coffee. The downside was the amount of time the barista took to make the drinks for everyone. Many people were waiting for, what in a coffeehouse, is an extensive amount of time.
