THE TRUE CHAMPION

In a time where society has us feeling like we’re in survival mode due to the economy. All the pressures of the holidays etc…it’s amazing to dine at a place that takes it away even if only for a moment. My family and I decided to have thanksgiving dinner here this year and we cannot express enough how great of an experience it was. From the moment we stepped through the door every team member set the example on a fine dining experience. We did get to speak with the manager I believe her name was Jennifer. She ensured our experience was nothing less the extraordinary. These things were the cherry on the top because the Rodizio was absolutely amazing, as it always is!!!! They definitely added an amazing Thanksgiving menu to go along with the Rodizio (turkey, Mac & cheese etc). Hats off to this team!!!! Being away from their families to provide an experience to others! Love and respect! Thank you again!

I wanted to introduce my mom to Brazilian steakhouses on her birthday because I love Brazilian steakhouses , but this one I will not return. The only cut of meat that was flavorful and seasoned was the garlic sirloin and the lollipop lamb. Everything else was a mediocre cut of meat. Some more tender than others. They didn’t have broccolini but rather broccoli on the salad section. Rice was dried out and the “unlimited sides” were disgusting and dried out. The salad bar was ruined with gnats flying in the food, it was horrendous. The waiter was nice. Thank you Nathan for your service. This place was no better than the Chima that was here before.

This restaurant is only worth the money if you have a coupon of some kind. Every food item except the steak itself is mediocre at best and there were flies touching the food all over the place at the buffet. If you want a more upscale Golden Corral this place is worth it with a coupon, if you want a fine dining experience, look elsewhere.

My son and I went there on Thanksgiving and we had to wait so long for the meats to come to our table. The waiters kept going to other tables that was near. This was my first time going there and my last time because of not good service.

This past weekend was my second time dinning here. Very dissatisfied with my dinning experience as we were here with my family for my husband's birthday. They offered a $40 special which we did not get because the did not have filet as an option. We got the regular price menu at $58 pp we were told offered 17 meat items and salad bar. They came around multiple times with shrimp, salmon, sirloin, chicken. We never received the filet after asking mulitple times. An 1hr 1/2 went by still no filet. At this point we asked if we could just receive the $40 menu price because we only received the options from that offer. Slick manager tried to say my husband eats free due to his bday that she would take off. We were already told my the waiter that he eats free for his bday. She also said 20% off each guest. When we received the bill it was 20% off the entire total. My issue is we have no problem with paying, but we paid for food that we never received. It really angers me that they were able to persuade us into paying at the regular price menu but only bring out food options from the special they were running. I am dissatisfied at the way it was handled and after going back and forth with the waiter and manager i didnt have the energy for that it was my husband's birthday. Honestly we should not have to have asked for anything to come out, it just should have been coming out. Thats how the restaurant goes. Lamb chops came around 1x, i had to ask the manager to bring more out this was almost 2 hrs later. I will not be returning here at all. The food was actually good but they robbed us honestly. So we paid full price and got only the food from the special they were running.

This has been me and my husband’s place for everything. Our birthdays, our anniversary’s or just a date night out. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Everything is always so perfect. The cleanliness and professionalism is astounding. They treat you just how they service you, like the best guests they could ask for at their steakhouse. We always contemplate on where we may be going for the night but we always end up here. Haven’t been to a steak house yet that we would trade over. The outstanding number of steak choices are always mouth watering, as if we’re tasting it for the first time and we’re not. Our servers never stop asking are we okay or if we need anything else. The cocktails are made just as flavorful as everything else. Jennifer the general manager also makes sure she greets us and ask how are experience has been and just like the last 7 times we’ve been absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!

The restaurant is very nice and inviting. The servers are friendly and professional. The food was horrible. My crablegs stuck to the shell and cold. The menu is trash.

Definitely worth a try at least once given their rewards program. Really nice that their seafood and hot food section is actually very good. Having the seafood rounds out the churrascaria experience in a way I wouldn’t have expected I needed. The sides were good and was easy to get a reservation, but could probably do walk ins as well. Definitely try the crab legs, shrimp, carpaccio, and the beef ribs. The flank steak and the picanha were good as expected

Checked out Na’Brasa in Center City Philly during Restaurant Week not too long ago. Hoping it would live up to my favorite spot, Chima’s because they took over. While the drinks were on point and they added new sides like wings and mac & cheese, the quality of the meats didn’t hit the same. The place was super busy, and we felt a bit overlooked, missing out on trying everything. We even paid for the regular menu price to try everything compared to the restaurant week price, but still felt like we didn’t have a chance to try the meats that was mentioned during the upgrade. Na’Brasa has its similarities to Chima’s, but overall, Chima’s food and service were far better in my book. 5/10 for Na’Brasa—not sure if I’d go back tbh. Kind of sad about it

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the salad buffet at Na Brasa. It offered a great variety of fresh and flavorful options that exceeded our expectations. As for the meats, they were absolutely spectacular—perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our waiter, Nathan, did a phenomenal job, providing excellent service throughout the meal and ensuring we had a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for an exceptional churrascaria in Philly!
