Wow! I visited the popup and bought a bottle of Melvale rye and on a whim, a bottle of Bloody Butcher. The Melvale was better than I remembered, punching above its age with a great taste and mouth feel. The problem with the Bloody Butcher is that I bought too small of a bottle. Time to plan another visit. Thanks for everything.
Great place. You have to go there when there are event upstairs. This place is 1:1 engagement with the staff. Had fun chatting with The big bearded guy. (Joe if I remember correctly)

It was very quiet the night me and my friend went there. The host was awesome and super friendly. Educated us some on bourbon and gins. We had one drink which was surprisingly good for a locally made to Philly bourbon and rye blend. I will def come again and buy some of the bourbon they make. Also it's a very cool spot for parties in which they will entertain.
