New Star Express Pizza

I ordered a salad and REPEATEDLY asked for NO OLIVES because I am allergic, I can’t even TOUCH THEM I received my salad.. what’s on it OLIVES! I called back to address the problem politely and the “manager” was nothing but ignorant he told me to “keep the meat “ he’ll send me another salad. I AGAIN EXPLAINED ABOUT THE OLIVES AND HOW I CANT HAVE THAT NEAR ME SO I THREW IT AWAY… he then says well if you can’t send it back I’m not replacing it. Also if you order a salad don’t expect CROUTONS, he said they ONLY put that on ceasar salads. I wasn’t aware croutons were a luxury on a garden salad until today. The lettuce was old and turning brown THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE! oh and don’t let me forget the cheap WATERY “salad dressing” 😩😩😩

This is my third time ordering from Star Express Pizza, and unfortunately, each time I’ve had to deal with extremely disrespectful customer service from the person answering the phone.

Today, I placed an order and spoke with Miss Aaliyah, who was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me there was no manager on site and that he would not be in for another four hours. I then asked to speak to someone else, and she said I could only speak to her, asking me, “Do you want your food or not?” She continued with a rude tone while I was simply trying to explain how I wanted my order prepared, then told me she’s “not a little girl” and that she “doesn’t really care.”

This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here. The last time I ordered, I was told my wait time would be 30 minutes, but my food took 68 minutes to arrive—and when it finally did, it was burnt. Every single time I call, I get a disrespectful response from whoever answers the phone.

Star Express Pizza seriously needs to address its customer service issues. The food can’t make up for the way customers are treated. I will be calling back in four hours to speak with a manager

I called and ordered A Grilled Ham & Cheese On Rye bread, when my food arrived to my house, the presentation of the food wa horrible, just thrown into a plastic clear container that was melting because of the hit sandwich, when I called back to the Restaurant to make them aware of it, the young lady that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional, as I was trying to explain my problem the young lady kept interrupting me and over talking me, she would not let me talk, I asked to speak to the manager or owner of the establishment, she replys saying that the owner has stopped out and is not available, I again tried to explain the situation to her about my food and then again over talked me and continued to interrupt me, I was very disappointed with this type of service

Yall clearly need to fire that lady working at the cashier. She was very rude when I visted a while back and clearly seeing recent reviews I wasn’t the only person who experienced that as I thought. Take the criticism and apply to your business before it’s late .
